Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS. Standard delivery time is estimated at 10–14 days. If any delays occur, customers will be notified promptly.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email within 1–2 days of order placement, allowing real-time order tracking.

Shipping is complimentary for all domestic and international orders. Depending on product availability, orders may ship from either South Carolina or Hong Kong, and may be fulfilled through domestic or international shipping channels.

Each order is securely packaged to ensure safe delivery and includes a complimentary dust bag for every handbag. All shipments are fully insured during transit, offering protection in the rare event of loss or damage. A delivery confirmation email will be sent once the order has been successfully delivered.
